Warming Tips:

1. Keyboard just made factory will be with virtual power, it can be recharged after use and pls use our USB-C charger (in the box) to charge the keyboard case. (Please do not use the high power charger to charge!!!)

2. For other activatable Bluetooth devices, please check the Bluetooth standard and compatibility carefully before connecting.

3. In order to obtain longer battery life, we recommend that the low battery indicator light on the keyboard flashes before charge the keyboard.

4.lf the connection fails, pls delete the pairing record on the device and try to connect again.

5.lf the keyboard is dirty, you can wipe it with a wet or dry paper towel (if there is oil, you can wipe it use alcohol cotton or wet alcohol paper). It is recommended to update the iPad system to the latest version.

What should we do if the Bluetooth connection fails？

First, delete the Bluetooth connection record on the iPad pro and turn on Bluetooth again and connected again. Second, check whether the keyboard is out of power? ls there more than one device to open the Bluetooth connection?

Why won’t the magnet hold to my iPad?

Ensure that your iPad model is compatible with the Magic Keyboard. Incorrect model fit can lead to poor magnetic attachment. Refer to the product description or our compatibility chart for the precise iPad models supported.

Can Apple phones and tablets use third-party input methods?

When the iOS system is connected to an external keyboard, it only supports the input methods of the Apple system, and does not support other third-party input methods such as Baidu/sogou/wubi/so on.

What’s wrong with the keyboard stuck?
